Whats the difrence?The difference between limited registration/pet rights and full registration/breeding rights is whether or not you intend to breed your cat/dog. If you buy a cat or a dog with limited registration, that means that your cat/dog will have registration papers and is registrable, but if you breed him/her, there kittens/puppies will not be registrable. If you have full registration, and your cat/dog will have kittens/puppies, they will be registrable.
